Researcher & Analyst

Rosie supports the identification and evaluation of legal and policy developments, and produces research and analysis relevant to member peer learning and external engagement, including on mandatory human rights due diligence and climate change and human rights.

Rosie holds a Master of Laws in International Law (Distinction) from the University of Bristol. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class) from Swansea University.

She has recently co-authored a report on monitoring the human rights impacts of trade and investment agreements for the Royal Institute of International Affairs. As an independent specialist, she has collaborated on human rights impact assessments for companies operating across a number of sectors including mining, agriculture, renewable energy and electronics. She was previously part of the ESG team at Verisk Maplecroft and has worked with the OHCHR, Equal Rights Trust and the Open Society Justice Initiative.
